Mix10: Silverlight and XNA as development platforms on Windows 7 Phones

Silverlight 4 and XNA can now be used as development platforms for applications targeting the new Windows 7 Phone platform.

The Silverlight on the Windows Phone 7 is the complete version not a watered down version. You use the same tools you use now to write silverlight applications.
